Mum & Baby Yoga classes in London (From 8 weeks until the start to crawl) To nurture cognitive and emotional development, connection with your baby and obtaining the benefits of postnatal yoga. This class focuses on movements with your baby, the sessions include baby massage and yoga movement to bond and ensure a happy and healthy baby. Relaxation and some postnatal exercises are included for mum too (to stabilise the pelvis, strengthen pelvic floor and lower abdominal muscles, to regain and maintain healthy posture after birth, to develop relaxation skills, to self- nurture).

What the baby yoga classes cover

Classes include baby yoga and massage for overall strengthening and development. There is a balance of stretching and relaxing sequences. Dads are very welcome too and will benefit equally from the yoga and the interaction with their baby.
